The simple answer is - you can't. Bluetooth headsets are designed to be 'paired' with a mobile phone - not each other. They are very low powered short-range devices, limited to a usable distance of around 20 feet at most. You could physically talk to someone in person over that distance ! Additionally - they lack the power to transmit through solid objects - such as walls etc... rendering them useless as a walkie-talkie device !

Can you re-charge a Midland LXT114 walkie talkie?
Yes you can! if you look to the right side of the walkie talkie, under the antena, you can see 2 holes, or 2 slots. Use the one that says "MIC/CHG". Just make sure you use your Ni-MH rechargeable AAA batteries. Mine did not come with a charger, so can you buy one online for around $15-$20.
