I think by 'net' you mean post? The post should be 10 feet tall (3.05m) for Netball. The netball post is made shorter for modi netball (usually U10's) but I am unsure of the height.

Are the heights of a basketball ring the same as a netball ring?

No, the heights of a basketball ring and a netball ring are not the same. A basketball hoop is set at a height of 10 feet (3.05 meters) from the ground, while a netball ring is positioned at a height of 10 feet (3.05 meters) as well, but the netball game does not allow players to jump or shoot from outside the circle. Therefore, while the heights are the same, the context and rules governing each sport differ.
