In season 2 of One Tree Hill, Nathan signed for divorce but when Dan went to visit Haley to get her to sign, she instead of signing her name she wrote "I love you...!" and in the end they didn't get divorced and in season 5 Haley said to Nathan she wanted a divorce after he let another woman kiss him and Jamie nearly drowned in the pool while they were arguing, but they made up in the end.
