Stephenie Meyer, author of the Twilight books, specified that she doesn't want this movie to be any more than a PG13 rating. So, if you're 13 or older, or at least have the supervision of an adult, you should be old enough/.

There is no special age to see twilight films (but the age certificate is 12) and anybody of any age can read the twilight books. i know someone who is 6, 20 and 87 who is reading the books and seeing the films

It's rated as a 12 or a 12A. I went to see it with my friend and I was 12 and she was 11 back then. I'm guessing it's a 12 in that case.
