Well, what the Director of Gilmore Girls wanted you to understand about, Loraeli and Rory, was that they were there for each other, no matter what. This TV seris was supposed to be impowering for women, showing that, they don't need men to complete them. Rory took the job over Logan. Loraeli took her sense of self over Luke, both of these show how strong they are. Although... Paris and Doyale seemed to have broken up, they had acctually gotten married, Paris was then kicked out of the show, and Lucy had taken her place.
