No. this was probably because the person who voiced zuba (Bernie Mac) died before the release of madagascar 2. though he had completed his part in the film, but he didn't lived to see the movie hit the cinemas.therefore, madagascar 3 doesn't show zuba and florrie,although they wanted to.
