Funny answer, but seriously, not a whole lot is known about Vlad's personal life outside of his two marriages, other than an alleged affair with a woman named Catarina/Ecaterina, who he was rumored to be very involved with and might have been the reason for his imprisonment in Hungary. He may or may not have had any homosexual affairs, but many suspect that his brother, Radu the Handsome was involved with Mehmed the II, the son of the Sultan who held him and Vlad hostage when they were young.
