Kristen Bell was cast as the demon Ruby in supernatural during the 2008 season. EDIT: Actually according to rumor the role of Ruby was made for Kristen but she declined and Katie Cassidy was cast as Ruby. Kristen Bell however has never been in either Smallville or Supernatural but she was rumored to have gone for the role of Chloe in Smallville but she was obviously beaten by Allison Mack.
Usually Tweens or Teens. Some adults watch it too; I'm 11 years old and I watch it... although it is rated "iffy for 13+." You can read more about it if you go on Google and type in "is smallville ok for kids." You'll find all info you need to watch it and if the show is right for you. Supernatural is also a good show; it's "perfect for 16+." You type the same except change Smallville to Supernatural. It's a good show... in my opinion Dean is better than Sam! Sorry Sam Fans... :) No matter what Smallville will always be my favorite even though Supernatural is better.
No... there is still Season 10. It will end by 2011. If you are dying and want to commit suicide for the show ending like me, move on to Supernatural or V. It is perfect for Smallville fans. Except with no Tom Welling. Or Erica Durance. Or Justin Hartley. Or... you get the point.
Season 6 will find "Supernatural" reunited with its old Thursday night lead-in -- "Smallville" -- on Friday nights this fall. The CW already has preparedviewers for the move by airing "Supernatural" repeats after "Smallville" reruns on Friday nights during the summer months. "Smallville" airs at 8 p.m. Eastern time; "Supernatural" at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes for both shows will begin Friday, September 24.
No. The "Dynasty" spinoff was "Dynasty II: The Colbys."

How is a corporate spinoff accomplished?
No because the writers of charmed discovered they can't make a tv show about two brothers defeating all the bad creatures because there is already one "Supernatural"
I believe that's the song "Supernatural" by Divine Right.

Currently, the only chance Hal Jordan has any time soon of being in a tv series is either in Smallville or Batman: The Brave And The Bold, but neither of them are actually Justice League series. There are rumours of a Justice League spinoff in the future, live action, based on Smallville, but at this point, it's just that: a rumour. But still… Smallville is quite popular and there was an Aquaman tv series pilot........ There's always hope!
They already have, Its Called Dragonball GT no dbgt is not a spinoff of dbz now dbzaf is a spinoff of dbz
