It depends on which version of Peter Pan you are asking about.
If you watch Disney's Peter Pan, Captain Hook never gets eaten by the crocodile, he only tries to get away from the crocodile which tries to eat Captain Hook.
However, in almost every other retelling of Peter Pan, along with the original play and novel, Captain Hook gets swallowed whole by the Crocodile.
Depending on the version you are reading or watching, Captain Hook was actually eaten by a crocodile, except in the Disney movie version. After Peter Pan fed Hook's hand to the crocodile, it developed a taste for the villain. Hook was pushed to his death by Peter during their final duel. In the Disney Movie version, Captain Hook was chased away by the crocodile, but not eaten.
Yes he did because the crocodile (an alligator) did eat Captain Hook and his pirates. But he spit out their buttons because buttons are choking hazords. Peter Pan lived. And then an alligator (the crocodile) ate Captain Hook and his pirates.

Captain Hook had a hook instead of his left hand. However, in the Peter Pan book it was his right hand that was lost.

The answer to that question is up for grabs. There's a chance they could of been eaten or that Mister Grin, the crocodile, had been killed, or that the croc was well and alive and as well as the pirates. It's fiction, so you never know.
I'm pretty sure that the lost boys killed animals and hunt them to eat it and I know that the pirates usally eat leftovers from Captain Hook dinner and fish also I know the Indians eat black berries and stawberries.

Because Captain Hook is the bad guy from Peter Pan and Peter Pan and the lost boys called Captain Hook a codfish because Peter Pan wanted for Captain Hook and his pirates to gone forever and ever. First Captain Hook had his pirates chacing the Wendy, John, Michael, and the lost boys up to the look up pole of the ship while when Mr. Smee hop onto his lifeboat then Peter Pan was still fighting with Captain Hook then Peter Pan knew the kids were in trouble by Captain Hook's pirates and then Peter Pan saved the kids because Peter Pan cut the rope ladder with his knife and made Captain Hook's pirates fall. Then Captain Hooks Pirates did fall down and crash onto Mr. Smee's lifeboat. So the kids were not in trouble anymore. After when Captain Hook's pirates fall down and crash onto Mr. Smee's life boat Peter Pan began to fight with Captain Hook again. Then Peter Pan caught Captian Hook and the kids began to say "Hook is a codfish!" then Peter Pan kicked Captain Hook into the water and made an alligator eat Captain Hook. The name of the alligator from Peter Pan is Mr. Crocodile. And so Captain Hook is gone forever and ever. This movie was created by Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse.
