It's not a Mint product. Someone took a normal half dollar and stamped JFK's birth and death dates onto it.
Normally an alteration like this would reduce the coin's value, but the good news is that Kennedy halves are common enough in circulated condition that they're only worth their metal value (1964-70) or face value of 50 cents (1971-present)

Techniclly 4. Dwight Eisenhower wasn't out of office "officailly" until 1961 But the real ones were JFK from 1960[techniclly 61] to his assasination in November of 1963. Then there was LBJ from November 22, 1963 when JFK was assassinated until 1968 [techniclly 1969] and then Nixon. Yippee. hewasn't out of office until the 70's
