If you beat Venus in her brodcasting room, you'll see a chest near the stairs. Open it for 3 rare candies. Then, if you want more, (trust me, you do) give 1 rare candy each to 3 Pokemon. Put them all in separate boxes in the storage system, and then save, quit, and start it back up. Take the Pokemon out of the storage system and remove their items. Each Pokemon will be holding 50 rare candies, instead of just the one.
