They go in a circle. First, you'll find them along Route 111. You battle them. Then they seem to disappear. Then go to the beginning of Route 118. I mean the VERY beginning. They should be on the beach. You battle them. Then they disappear again. Go to the part of Route 120 east of Fortree city. You should find them standing on the eastern edge. You battle them, and then you should find them back on Route 111.
