The Hazard Flasher relay is located Front seating area, driver side, passenger side of steering column, behind instrument cluster, mounted in convenence center.

It's the multi-purpose stick on the left of the steering wheel collar - push down for left , up for right - also used for the wipers (rotate fwd/back) and cruise control (buttons)
