Inca laws were enforced through a system of officials known as "tukuy rikuy" who would carry out inspections, investigations, and administer justice. Punishments for breaking laws ranged from fines and community service to more severe penalties such as exile or death. Inca laws were strictly enforced to maintain order and uphold the stability of the empire.
Segregation is still in the us today and it started in 1550!! When slavery ended it still had racial segregation we don't know the exact year it started but it ended in 1967
Laws are rules enforced by the government. I know that's not what you're trying to ask, but you need to be more specific. There are a LOT of laws covering that situation. Please ask about the specific ones you're concerned with.
You have to advocate for better laws, and more difficult but just as crucial you have to work to educate the population about the laws and their importance. The most perfect laws on earth mean nothing if the people do not know them or if they are not or cannot be enforced.
alot of employment opportunities, laws for legal segregation were not enforced, this is why many blacks moved there in the 1930's
Ex Post Facto Laws. laws that are created after the fact and then enforced..... it be like if back in 1997 i stole some shoes, but in 1997 the law said stealing shoes was ok. then in 1999 they change the law to stealing anything is illegal and then try to prosecute me for the theft in 97 even though it was legal during that year.. The United states constitution does not permit Ex Post Facto Laws to be passed.
