You have to plug your action replay in to your computer and install the software from the disk that came with it (if you havent already!) then open up the program and connect action replay to your computer and click "quick update" this will delete all the games on action replay (with is part of the prosess!) and add the updated form of these games plus some more! that's how to keep your action replay up to date! hope this helps!

there is none but the only way to get all ribbons is to use pokesav and make a Pokemon that has all ribbons (note there is codes to get all ribbons but they delete ur Pokemon)
