There is no cheat, just use the explore kit go undergound keep digging and you'll end up getting a fossil.go to bag where you have it put it into your normal bag, go up intothe mining museum. Talk to the man a the counter he'll say he'study fossils he'll take your fossil, go to the poke center take a Pokemon out your party to make room go back and talk to him again. he will give you the Pokemon that came from the fossil
