If you are IN a movie why are you ON TV?
Some movies are made to be released onto TV (Hallmark and HBO frequently do this). Sometimes they will release the movie onto a DVD afterwards but usually they will reply it every year or so on TV.

Why didn't hallmark release Beauty and the Beast?
Beauty and the Beast is a Disney, not a Hallmark production. There is a Disney version, but Hallmark has there own. They only released it on VHS. I don't know why they never released it on DVD.
