India, through most of its past, has been a feminine culture -- where they generally rely on cooperation and care to co-exist. However, India is now learning that they must be more like the Westernized world if they want to keep up their economic growth, so now their culture is starting to change over to more masculine behavior such as competition and individualistic goals.
