Technically Aladdin only had 2 wishes!!! 1. to become a prince, 2 free the genie. The genie took it that Aladdin would wish to be saved from drowning but the wish was never asked for. I know its knit picking but its the way I see it.

For the most part, yes. In The Sims 2, the genie will only grant one wish.

Actually, the 3 "rules" that the genie could'nt perform were 1. He couldn't kill anyone, 2. He couldn't make anyone fall in love with anybody else and 3. He couldn't bring people back from the dead.
