In Sabrina the Teenage Witch does Sabrina ever tell Harvey she's a witch?

In two occasions Harvey finds out Sabrina is a witch.

On Friday the 13th Sabrina finds out that she can tell a mortal about her powers, but they forget after 24 hours. She tells Valerie who then tells Harvey, and it goes great, and he takes it well, only to forget after 24 Hours.

However, this time she doesn't tell him. In the final episode of season 4, Sabrina casts a spell on him, Friendship Bread, to make him friends with another friend of hers, Josh. Even though she gets rid of the spell, she receives a notice from the Witches Council, to find that her Spell Count for Harvey has run out. Harvey then walks in on Sabrina, and wants to talk about how she's a witch.

No Sabrina never tells Harvey that she is a witch the first time he finds out he finds out from Valerie on Friday the 13th however they forget at midnight as is customary according to the rules and then Harvey later finds out on his own due to the issue of a spell quota being reached on Harvey and therefore remembering all of the recent spells that were done to him after the Friendship Bread spell.
