Can acrocanthosaurus swallow a human whole?

No. The entire skull of the Acrocanthosaurus was only 4.5 feet long, and the average human is over 5 feet tall. Their skulls were long and narrow, so if it wasn't even as long as a human, it's throat certainly wasn't as wide.

What is an Acrocanthosaurus?

Acrocanthosaurus had spines as high as two feet (0.6 m) tall on its neck, back, and tail. The spines on its back were probably set in a ridge of flesh. These spines were not raised in a bony sail as in some later meat-eaters, such as Spinosaurus. Acrocanthosaurus had qualities in common with the earlier giant allosaurs of the Jurassic Period in North America. It also resembles giant meat-eaters that lived in South America nearly 50 million years later, such as Gigonotosaurus and Caraharodontosaurus. Since Acrocanthosaurus lived in lands between the habitats of allosaurs and later giant meat-eaters before and after time. It is the largest eat-eater known from the southern United States. A nearly complete skeleton of Acrocanthosaurus, was recently purchased by the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh.

Here is my knowledge. Acrocanthosaurus was 40 feet long and wieghed 5 tons, while Allosaurus is 36 feet long and tiped the scales at 7,500 pounds. Acrocanthosaurus was larger and coul take more damage, while Allosaurus had speed and eyesight on its side. Who would win? Probably Acrocanthosaurus.

How did the acrocanthosaurus mate?

The mating behavior of Acrocanthosaurus is not well-documented since it is based on fossil evidence. However, based on what is known of related dinosaurs, it is believed that Acrocanthosaurus likely mated by engaging in physical courtship displays and copulation similar to modern-day reptiles. The specific details of their mating behavior can only be speculative.
