How old was Bella in the breaking dawn part 2?

She then returned home and Carlisle said to Jacob they had come home 2 weeks which would make it September 10th the actual day of the baby's birthday. In the book Carlisle said they had come home a week ago, Jacob and the family looked after Bella for a week so Bella was pregnant for 28 days.

Edward and Bella were married on August thirteenth, that's when Renesmee was conceived. Renesmee was born three days before Bella'snineteenth birthday, and her birthday is September thirteenth. Renesmee was born on the tenth, therefore Bella was pregnant 1 month, thirty-one days.
