i worked at cinemark for a couple years...they start out at minimum and the you get a small raise after 3 months, than 6 months after that, than i believe a year after that. The amount of the raise is around 20-30 cents. Maybe more maybe less depending on performance
I've been working at Cinemark for over two years now. Wages for floor employees start at minimum wage. Usually $7.25, that's federal minimum, your state may have a higher minimum wage. Projectionists start usually 65 cents over minimum. Raises depend on a number of things. Your general manager gets a certain amount of money (s)he can use depending on your theaters profit and it's audit scores. I started working a little before the theater opened and nobody received a raise before working a year and six months. At one year we received a raise of $0.25*evaluation score(%). After that we have received a raise based on the same equation every six months. You don't get a whole lot of raises at Cinemark but it is a really nice place to work, and you get free movie passes.
