100 dollars a minute. A close relative of mine was actually a cameraman on the show.he said the conditions were treacherous and though the money was fantastic he would definitely think twice before doing it again.

In one of the episodes, a captain states that he pays his 22 year old son about 100 grand in one season.

I just saw a presentation from one of the guys on deadliest catch and he said that men usually make about twenty to twenty five thousand for one crabbing season.
