It entirely depends on the collectible. How rare it is? What condition it's in? If it's a one of a kind or mass produced ? There isn't a price guide for Rugrats collectibles that I could find so your best bet is to go on ebay and see what the price ranges are for other sellers (if there are any), or perhaps go to a toy fair of find a collectibles expert in your area and ask them.

A 1991 Oasis poster is worth what someone will pay for it on ebay. There is a great demand for collectibles though, so it should fetch a pretty good price. Selling on ebay is an effective way to sell such collectibles.

Look on eBay to check Buy It Now pricing and search for prices paid on Ended Auctions. In my experience, this was not a very desirable set of collectibles.
