Well to me San Francisco,s lowest point would be around 5 feet above sea level and the highest point would be over 2000,s of feet above sea level by judgeing on how it looks on Google maps on the year around 2020

Castro is fairly high up and is not in danger of flooding at this time. The lower level streets along the port and Treasure Island will/ have experienced flooding in high tides. Many of these streets and the land is there because it is landfill and to extend the land space the bay was filled in. The city is 52 feet above sea level.
