You can draw and cut, in cardboard or wood, the silhouette of a hawk or an owl, paint it in black and hang it from a high point. That will scare birds away, it is a method used at airfields with success.

Actually it is very easy when there are no birds by the nest or what it is becoming take it down. If the birds wont go away shew them they will come bak in about an hour put the nest somewhere else and lead a trail of crumbs from the old place to the new place to show where the nest is now!
Place a mirror. It might try attack its own image thinking it's attacking another bird. But on second thoughts it might have a nest nearby with young ones in it and is trying to protect it. So it might be best to just let it be for a month or so.
The most likely reason for the robin's aggression is that it is defending its nest. You could get rid of the nest, kill/ trap the robin, call animal control, or stop using your patio until the chicks have matured and left the nest.
The mirror bit above is a good idea, as I can recall a robin attacking our window because of its reflection. However, this may not be a good idea if there is in fact, a nest, because the aggression towards in own reflection resulted in its death.
You call Batman to check if he lost his sidekick, he should come and collect Robin.
When Robin, Beastboy, and Cyborg were fighting Starfire before she realized that they were trying to get to know her. Raven was just watching from the shadows, and she first showed herself by stopping Robin, Beastboy and Cyborg from attacking Starfire again. Raven was also the only one to point out to Robin that Starfire's hands were cuffed together.
It means they are a pain in the butt. They are one of the most obnoxious nuisance birds. They don't quit as adults either. Why would you want a baby robin anyway?
