There are several ways to contact Rachel Maddow, but be advised that like most of the popular TV personalities on MSNBC, Fox, and CNN, she receives a lot of mail and may not be able to respond. Dear Rachel,

I am writing to let you know that Naval Ships are not equipped to take highly contiguous patients( one circulation system). Take a look the Air Craft Carried Roosevelt. I like your reporting and your show but I am a little taken back that you implied that the USNS Comfort would not take COVID-19 patients -- it is not that the Navy is shunning COVID-19 patients. Infectious disease on ships can disable the staff and thus affect the mission.

Perhaps you might look into the cost that the NYC cable companies wish to charge the Military Sealift Command and the Navy- thus the tax payer to hook cable TV for the USNS Comfort. Ridiculous amounts in the thousands- the service should be minimal charge – how greedy as the sailors are serving their country the cable companies which to ripe off the tax payer.
