subsystem that have failed.
-- Repair or replace the failed component/s, or the faulted subsystem, or the radio itself,
according as is appropriate after estimating the cost and time to repair or replace in the
specific case of the root cause identified.

The speaker could be buzzing for a couple of reasons. If the signal from the radio is causing the buzz then you may have to replace the radio. If the speaker cone is the cause of the noise, then the speaker will need to be replaced.
sounds like a short. if all or some speakers do it, it is probably in the radio, or the wiring harness. if only one speaker does it, it is the speaker or the wiring to that speaker.
