How do you clear your instant watching activity on Netflix?

As of now, Netflix will not allow us to modify, delete, or clear your recently watched list.

Lots of people have many different reasons for requesting this feature and each are justified. It is very simple for Netflix to do this. All they have to do, if they don't already have this capability and just not letting us use it, is to add a recently watched display flag in their databases. Flag with 'Y' shows in history list, flag with 'N' does not display in your list. That simple.

The best option for any of us to do is call them directly and demand this feature to be released.

Netflix seems to have purposely made it impossible to clear recently played list. This seems to be part of an overall plan to make it more difficult to share one account between different people. This also makes it very difficult for a household with both adults and small children to share the same account.

Once you are in your Netflix account then click on the netflix queue, then select the query(ies) you want to remove. Then click on( submit) update queue.
