Remove the headlight assembly above the bad bulb to gain access to the burned out bulb. To remove the headlight assembly, open the hood, locate and remove the two tabs that lock and hold the assembly in place, with those tabs removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out in the open. Now you can reach in and r & r the burned out signal bulb
make sure its not your fuse first which is inside of your fuse box if fuse is ok then you can go to light, if you have enough space behind the headlight then you can just untwist the bulb socket out and replace with new bulb then twist back in on some vehicles you might need to unscrew the headlight to get more access to bulb on my Ford i had to take out battery to get to headlight. In order to change any of the tail light bulbs in a Chevy Celebrity it is necessary to remove the light fixture: 1. Inside the trunk next to the quarter panel there are three nuts. Remove the center nut on the side you want to remove. It should line up with the center of the light fixture. 2. Pull the fixture out until the stud clears the body. 3. Pull gently outward to pull a tab out of the backup light fixture. 4. Unlock the appropriate socket and remove from the fixture. Change the light bulb and reassemble. ;:

A blown fuse can make your dashboard lights to not work in your 1993 Chevy Blazer Tahoe. A burned out bulb can also cause this.
