- Above answer isn't quite correct, a quaker isn't an ineffective combat leader. Quakers are a christian sect who don't believe in violence (aswell as don't drink alcohol). Alot of Quakers were imprisoned for refusing military drafting but many also served as red cross drivers and stretcher bearers, many were commended for brave actions in WW2.
