He takes it off in the movie Teen Titans:Trouble in Tokyo, but he put on a pair of sunglasses to cover up his eyes. That's the only time he ever took off the mask.
But if you are interested in seeing robins eyes in Teen Titans:Trouble in Tokyo The second time Robin and Starfire try to kiss the rest of the group walks in on them and they are startled making robins glasses fall down and revealing his black eyes (but there in cartoon form)
He wants to see what's under it.
None of the episodes, but he does take it off in the movie.Teen Titans Trouble in Tokyo, but he puts a pair of sunglasses on to cover his eyes. So, you never see his eyes... bummer. I wonder what he looks like?

Date With Destiny! Its episode 19, season 2: Date With Destiny! A creepy criminal known as Killer Moth threatens to destroy the city with a flying army of mutant moths, unless ... Robin takes his spoiled-rotten teenage daughter Kitten to her junior prom?!? So while the other Titans are scouring the city in search of Moth's secret hideout, a reluctant Robin has no choice but to go along with the villain's bizarre demand. Can Robin survive his date with destiny?"Her name is Kitten - and you will take her to prom."LOVE IT!What happens is that Killer Moth makes Robin take his spoiled daughter Kitten to her junior prom since her boyfriend Fang broke up with her. Kitten makes Robin do what she wants him to do or else she'll "let those nasty bugs out for a late night snack. My favorite part was when she is telling Robing to take her by the arm and lead her into the prom. "And would it kill you to smile?!" she added. Robin then forces a smile (which kinda' looks like a grimace) and says "Maybe."
Dick GraysonNote...It is never actually mentioned throughout the series, but there are many clues!!In the episode "Go!", which is supposed to take place at the very beginning of the series, Robin stops a bank robber and:Bank Robber (To Robin), "Hey, this isn't your town. Aren't you supposed to be with...?"Robin. "Just moved here. And from now on, I work alone."According to the comics (there's a few different versions), the original Robin(Dick Grayson) is morally against something that Batman does-- usually he's too violent for Robin-- and so, Robin leaves Batman and ends his sidekickship. This is quite ironic, considering that Robin was the FIRST sidekick ever created, first appearing in DETECTIVE COMICS #38 in 1940, and now, some 69 years later, Robin is no longer sidekick, but a fully graduated hero.Continuing with the comics, Robin moves to Bludhaven and adopts a new super-hero identity, known as Nightwing. In episode 14 of Teen Titans, "How Long Is Forever?", Warp sends Starfire into the future, in which she meets an older version of the Robin she once knew-- he is now called Nightwing. Considering that Dick Grayson is the ONLY Robin who develops into Nightwing, this is a pretty big hint of Robin's secret id.More proof: The comic version of Grayson had a long term romance with Starfire. So does the animated Teen Titans' Robin.Comics' Grayson often became obsessed with cases and shut out his teammates in the process until he found a way to win. So does the animated Teen Titans' Robin.Comics' Grayson is extremely competitive, in everything from video games to battling. So is the animated Teen Titans' Robin. In the episode where Robin fractures his arm, Larry comes (his"DNA buddy"=his double from the other side of the universe) he says his name is Nosyarg Kcid which is Acually Dick Grayson back-words so;In the Teen Titans Robin's secret identity is Dick Grayson
I think Slade is actually Bat Man trying to get Robin back with him. In the episode that Robin joined him at the end; half of his mask fell off, and he looked like Bruce Wayne. But you can use this wiki site to get some info. After all, Slade is modeled after him:DeathStroke the Terminator(Slade Wilson)-- Link is below --

There was, his name was White-man (not very creative). The comic books about him were discontinued in the 1950's because it was viewed as racist or offensive. White-man's powers were that he could take off his mask to blind people and he had was supernaturally persuasive.
Robin took on the role of Nightwing after leaving the title of Batman's sidekick. He was sick of being the guy who takes all the orders. So he left the shadow of the bat and became the hero known as Nightwing.ok so, in politacal reasons, robin/Dick Grason/Chris O'donnley, is nightwing, but, he came back to batman, graduated as a real super hero, got his own city to take care of(that is, after dumping the teen titans, and starfire.)like gotham is to batman.
