Does kendall and Lucy get together in big time rush?

Lucy Stone(Malese Jow) is a girl at the Palmwoods, she is a rockstar and the boys think shes really cool. James & Carlos seem to have a crush on her and try to one up eachother to date her but she's not interested. She seems stubborn but very outgoing and lives in her own apartment. She thinks that Big Time Rush's music is cute, but Kendall steps in & tells her that they rock and tries to prove it to her but has multiple fails. Kendall then finally decides to prove her wrong by singing on TV and blocking traffic singing their new rockin song Paralyzed on a truck. James & Carlos are placed in the "Friend zone" and later after seeing them rock out on TV she learns that Big Time Rush does rock and they become friends.

For second time she appears in Big Time Secrets where she makes the boys and Camille to play "What's the worst thing you've ever done to the person in this room" game and by this forces the conflict between James and Carlos.

Then she accidentally sees Camille and Kendall together and tells Logan. The rest of the episode she helps him figure out what's going on between Kendall and Camille, but she is first to know the truth. Kendall says that according to "New friends code" she can't tell him but this is obvious that code doesn't exist. After that she helps Camille and Kendall hide from Logan and tries to prove Logan there's nothing between them.

In Big Time Move, she appear at the end when BTR is singing All Over Again. She winks at Kendall, meaning she started developing or have develop a crush on him.
