There's no way to know for sure. Images of Donny Wahlberg over the years appear to show thinning hair, but in recent photos, he's got a full head of healthy-looking hair. It's possible that he takes a medication like Propecia, but he might have also gotten hair transplants.
He could also use a product to fill in the missing places between his hair follicles (Toppik is one common example).
