Does Laharl love Flonne

The answer to this is curious, based on what is seen in the anime, the game, and the manga.

In the manga, this answer is never clarified, nor is why he really hates the idea of love in the first place. So there, no clear answer can be seen.

In the game is where the answer is made clear, especially in the normal ending. I apologize for spoilers here, but the truth is that when Flonne is killed, Laharl avenges her death by killing the one who does the deed, only to learn that if he had spared him he would have ressurected her. Enraged, he sacrifices his own life so that Flonne would live.

In the anime, a similar event occurs: Laharl gives his life for hers. This would prove that he loves her.

Various fanfics have the two of them getting married even, confirming this idea, but Nippon Ichi never really makes it clear.
