In the Season 1 finale we witnessed him drinking a vial of Anna's blood and (possibly) downing the pills from Elena's car crash.

during the first episode of season 2, "The Return" we find out that the blood saved jeremy from the damage caused by the pills and was neither hurt or turned into a vampire. although he still gets a ring like alarick, stephen and damon have for protection... :)

I've read the vampire diaries books and they are very different to the TV series...

Jeremy isn't in the books at all, so you will just have to keep watching the episodes and see what the writers and producers decide to do...

i recommend you read the books, they are very good..

hope this helps ( :

yes he should because in the last episode of the season he drank a vile of Anna's blood and then overdosed.

No ... he did overdose but the blood healed him

he was also wearing the ring which saved him from dying from the blood so the pills killed him, the ring saved him from the blood and the blood saved him from the pills

I dont think so but if he does ever die i think he might become a vampire cause vicky bit him remember? And cause elana turns vampire, maybe she turns him too...guess you better watch the show.

That's not how you turn into a vampire *looks at above answer.* Vicky bit him a long time ago, regardless. And I don't think Elena would turn Jeremy, she didn't even want to become a vampire herself.

I don't think Jeremy will become a vampire. He seems to have a dislike of them, but can tolerate his friends who are vampires. But for the most part I think he's gonna be stick with his ability to see ghosts, but as a regular, alive, human being.

When we see him fall asleep on his bed after consuming Elena's painkillers and Anna's blood in the Season 1 finale, we are left thinking he has died. However, when Elena finds him in the Season 2 premiere, he awakens but Stefan tells him the painkillers and blood cancelled each other out so his attempt to become a vampire failed.

While you are left at the end of an episode thinking that Jeremy will die from a self induced drug overdose and become a vampire, when the following episode picks up, we learn that Jeremy did not die from the pills and become a vampire. Instead the vampire blood in his system healed his stomach from any damage that the pills would have done and he is left neither a vampire nor dead.

As of the end of Season 3 no Jeremy is not a vampire.
