Only in the season four finale. Brennan is in Booth's hospital room, writing her new novel on her laptop while reading it out loud to Booth who is, in a coma, recovering from brain tumor surgery. When he awakens from his coma, he thinks he's married to Brennan, not realizing he was subconsciously hearing her read him her storyline.
Yes because Booth will realize that he is not as happy as it may seem with Hannah so she goes back to Brennan.
They get together when Vincent Nigel Murray at the Jeffersonian is killed. Booth is worried about Bones so she sleeps about at his apartment. It starts off as Bones and Booth are married. They own a nightclub called "The Lab". Someone gets killed in their comfort room. Bones and Booth sleep together around the time they find the body. Bones and Booth figured out who killed them and I distinctly remember them agreeing that they were happy they were not crime solvers. The episode ends as Bones telling him he was in a coma and Booth dramatically says "who are you?"

Bones and Booth sleep together in the last episode of season 4. Sadly this is in Booths comma so its not really real. The good news is is that when he wakes up he realizes that he is actually in love with Bones. The bad thing is that he doesn't tell her.
