I have completed Pokemon Ranger and got every Pokemon and done all missions. Manaphy is the only one you can trade to sinnoh.
the answer abuv is correct if ur talkin about Pokemon ranger 1 but 2 u can trade riolu knows aura shpere (really rare riolu can never learn aura sphere) and darkrai and manaphy. but those missions arnt available n e more sorri. plz rate me jonny-z

Well, in the Sinnoh Pokédex, Manaphy (Number 151) is on its own. But, in the National Dex, Manaphy (Number 490 (bottom Pokémon)) has a devolution. Ta-daa! It is Phione. Manaphy is the ONLY legendary that can breed. Breed a Manaphy with say, a Ditto, and the egg will hatch to become Phione!!! Phione DOES NOT evolve into Manaphy. If you are wondering where to get Manaphy, it can be traded from The ORIGINAL (FIRST) Pokémon Ranger. Hope this helped.

If i you have Pokemon rangers there is a special mission in there called the mystery egg what you can do is you can send the egg to diamond,pearl,and platinum you have to beat the game first. Once you beat the game you save and turn off and on and go on ranger net then you access a mission called mystery egg. what happens is professer will give you an egg once you have the egg you save turn off then on then there on the menu they say check on egg once you see that you click migrate then get another ds and wireless connect it and thee you you have a manaphy egg you have to hatch it first but if you get a dito and put both in a daycare you can get an egg but its not going to be manaphy its going to be a Pokemon called phione its like manaphy but a baby. one more thing you cannot evolve phione you can only have 1 manaphy!!!!
