No, not if you dont leave it on your history then you won't get caught. However some websites ask to sign up before watching a movie, if you do a bill will come through your letter box. And that is something tha you dont want to have trust me i have done it, i tried to watch the new toy story then i signed up to watch it got a bill of $32.00 so i advise not to sign up.

yes you can on your school labtop because the school has a monitor to see what your on at home and school even when the school is closed. but if its a bad website that your on they will look on the monitor videos and see if its good they wont block it if it is bad they will and they will take up your labtop i know somewebsites.

If they're being offered for free by the rights holders, then no, or if the rights holder allows anyone to distribute it for free. If they're being offered free by someone who is not authorised to do so (piracy) then yes, you can get into trouble, usually the holders go after the person illegally sharing it though.
