Question refers to a mythical dagger in the Hercules/Xena universe that can supposedly kill gods.
The dagger only works if they are corporeal (have a body). I don't think that Yahweh ever made a corporeal appearance on either show, so I would have to say, "No."
Though, I do think this question is miscategorized.
He didn't die because he isn't full vampire anymore he's half werewolf so the dagger does not apply (If a vampire uses the weapon on another vampire they both die) An original can't be killed so easily, only the wood from a certain tree can kill an original. The ashes that Klaus dips the dagger in only netralize his siblings. Since Klause is a hybrid the dagger and ash do not apply to him.

Fatal vision has many meanings. It is a true story about Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald. Fatal vision means that you pretty much can't see.
Hind's blood is a product of the Hercules/Xenaverse not any classical folklore. In that mythos can it kill Yahweh? Yeah, it should be able to, but the writers would probably say he was immune cause he was the 'true god'. Chris Ebert's Hades Ascendant in the Ophelia Mythos series is the only work of fiction to deal with Yahweh being venerable to the attacks of other gods as far as I know that actually draws on historical myth, and he got death threats after he put that book out and some Pastor in Louisiana burned his books, so, I doubt a main stream TV show would have gone there... Besides, the "One God of Eli" is only implied to be Yahweh in Hercules/Xena, never directly said in the show to be Yahweh, either the original more pagan Ugaritic Yahweh or the modern Judeo-Christian Yahweh. Atheists, we know you want to say something about Yahweh can't be killed cause he doesn't exist, and Christians we know you wanna say he can't die cause he's eternal and everything, but, neither of those answer's the asker's question....
