There are many women whose full name is mentioned in the Bible. What you need to realize is that in the past it was often traditional to only have one name. A person would be identified as "Name and Title" or "Name and location of birth" or occasionally listed by lineage "Name son of whoever." So just because someone is only listed with one name does not mean it isn't their entire name, it is likely to be their only name. Even Jesus did not have a last name. Modern interpretations that list him as "Jesus Christ" are technically inaccurate. The correct phrase is "Jesus the Christ", the word Christ is not a name, it is a title and means "Anointed One"
