There is only one book which contains the words New(ness) of Life, these can be found in Romans Ch. 6 v 4
The only other that come close can be found in 2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the (new) testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth (life.)

In the KJV its:1 Timothy 2:22For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.Synonyms and variants would make it much higher.
Definitley Genesis and probaly a few others! About 15 books of the Bible contain the word 'world' and is found in 288 verses. One example from the New Testament is John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
