Almost certainly not. Judas was from Iscaria which i neither in Galilee nor the Jerusalem area (hence his name). Mary, Martha and Lazarus lived in Bethany near Jerusalem, and so had no connection with Judas' home area. In those days people did not tend to move around as they do today (unless compelled to do so by census, religious observance or the like) so there would have been no connection between Judas and Mary, Martha and Lazarus.
