It isn't specified in The Bible the exact timespan of his prison sentence. He was sold into slavery when he was about 17. His owner's wife falsely accused him of trying to seduce her and he was jailed. When he was released from prison, he was 30 years old. So, we can assume he was jailed between 10-13 years.
We know that Joseph was 17 when sold as a slave and that he was 30 years of age when he stood before Pharaoh.
We also know that he dreamed about the sun, the moon and eleven stars, totaling thirteen heavenly bodies.
These heavenly bodies were created on the fourth day of creation as signs for times and seasons and years.
Therefore I believe that the first year of his slavery was, when he found favor in the eyes of his master, as the moon becomes full. During the second year in his master's house the wife of his master tried to seduce him, but his forbearance being as brilliant as the sun kept him from sinning. However the wife lied when she accused Joseph of attempted rape so that he was thrust into prison, where he spent eleven years (including the two that served as a heavenly punishment for trusting in a human to free hem).
Thus the thirteen years are accounted for showing that he spent eleven years in prison.

Reuben was the eldest son of Jacob and Leah. He lost his birthright to Joseph(The first born son of Jacob and Rachel) and it was Joseph who received the blessing from Jacob, which should have gone to Reuben. Reuben became an enemy of Joseph for many years but finally made up. The tribe of Reuben became of less importance politically, and its members became less as the years went by.
100 years just like any other century It went from 1600 to 1700 and from there it was the 18th century
Love for his brothers, kindness and faith. Faith in God when he was in prison and forgivness because he forgave his brothers for treating him unfairly. This of course relates to the Old Testament Joseph. The New Testament Joseph was a just man as is mentioned in Matthew 1:19. He also wanted not to shame Mary but to 'put her away privately.' So he was evidently kind, but also wanted to do what was right, which explains why he married Mary after he received God's assurance on the matter. He also obeyed God and went down to Egypt. Joseph had an effective and simple plan which averted a food crisis in his country
None. The disciples were called Christians first in Antioch, a few years after Jesus rose from the dead and went to heaven.
