I did an extensive search and couldn't find any information on that. But based on the Hebrew word (g'dud), it seems to be on the order of 100 to 1000 soldiers, more or less.

Additional Comments:

Militarily, a troop can number as few as two and as many as a whole 'army.' Israel was group along the 11 tribes with Levi not part of the Census. The men were commonly age 20 and above. When coming together to do battle, it would be common to count them in the order of 100 or 1000 as noted above.

In Judges, Gideon has 300 men in his 'Company' which he breaks out into 3 groups of 'troops' of 100. The Hebrew word 'elep' meaning family or 'allup' meaning leader of troops seems to apply here.

As it is difficult to ascertain for sure as they did no follow the Roman military structure, it would be best to consider a troop to be about 100 men.
