In the King James version - No.
The word - reverence - appears 13 times, and none of them have the meaning inquired about.
Another thought:
Psalm 146:3-6 says: ". . .Do not put YOUR trust in nobles, Nor in the son of earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs...." and Acts 5:29 adds:"we must obey God as ruler rather than men..." so, no one should be reverenced above God.
However, a faithful worshiper of God would always want to show respect for a person's age(Leviticus 19:32), position and human law (Romans 13:1-7)....
to a point.
While showing respect for humans, a Christian would never put Man's law above God's, but always "...seek first GOD'S kingdom and HIS righteousness..."(Matthew 6:33-34) This is why the apostles 'obeyed the superior authorities'(Titus 3:1; 1Peter 2:11-17), but when asked to stop preaching about Jesus, they refused.(Acts 5:25-32)(Matthew 28:19+20)(Matthew 24:14)

It simply does not say this in the Bible.
The Bible does not have a specific verse that says "reverend no man." However, in Matthew 23:8-10, Jesus instructs his disciples not to call anyone on earth their father, teacher, or instructor, as they have one Father and one instructor who is in heaven. This can be interpreted as a directive to not place undue reverence or adoration on any human being.
The Bible does not say that anywhere.
