It is important to remember that there is not an ASL sign used for each English word. This is true in this case.
The way that i would sign it is i would do the sign for woman (Five hand thumb to chin, down to middle of chest), fingerspell her first or last name and then put her into your signing field (point to a spot) throught your conversation you can just point to that spot and if people were paying attention they will know who you are talking about when you refer to that spot.
If you are talking about many different people, it will probably be helpful if every so often you re-finger spell her name.
