In Quebec, they speak Quebecois, which is basically slang french, (but don't tell them that!) and their capital is Quebec city. Their capital is Port-au-Prince. In Ivory Coast, (cote d'ivoire) they also speak very good french, idk their capital. (google it)
There are a few countries in Africa that speak french including Algeria, Liberia, Sudan (i think) and Ivory coast. Did this help?
