Each jurisdiction defines crimes differently. It would depend on the jurisdiction.
How do you explain misdemeanor assault charge on a job application without making yourself look even worse?
Yes, public intoxication is a Class C Misdemeanor (same category as a speeding ticket), except it looks worse on your record. It is punishable by a fine of up to $500 and usually requires 4-12 hours in jail at the time of the incident.

Hi, I'm not a Lawyer but i can tell you that an M1 is actually worse than an M4. I believe an M4 is the lowest possible Misdemeanor. so I'm not sure an M4 can be lowered. I would think it would be thrown out of court instead of lowered. Thanks, John
I'm not sure if its different everywhere but if its under 1 ounce then it is a misdemeanor. 1 ounce is 28 grams.
It depends on the misdemeanor CONVICTION. If it was for a crime of domestic violence, no.
Only ONE? Probably a misdemeanor. 1-99 misdemeanor. 100+ Felony (minimum 5 years jail time)
